Fresh juices can give you a burst of energy and a clear mind.

Watermelon Mint Juice

Enjoy this Watermelon Mint Juice. It is sweet, minty, slightly tart and extremly refreshing.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
  • 4 mint leaves
  • Juice of 1 lime

Directions:

  • Put everything in a blender and puree until smooth.
  • Pass through a sieve then serve as it is or serve over ice. Enjoy!

It is recommended to consume this watermelon juice immediately after you make it. But if you would like to store it, pour into a bottle/jar and store in the fridge for up to two days.
